Add-ons are now yours to define per product, a sales rep gets a demo site of whichever product they sell, and three billing faults were closed. The site also shows its own version, bottom left.

  • (fix)An offer sold with the Tax Return Assistant switched the feature on and never charged for it. Any add-on on an offer is now billed.
  • (fix)Cancelling an add-on could report success while removing nothing from Stripe, so the feature stopped and the billing did not. It now refuses and tells you to contact support rather than half cancelling.
  • (fix)Adding an add-on from the customer portal charged the card before checking the feature was switched on. The charge is now reversed if it cannot be, and never reported as done when it was not.
  • (fix)Assigning a Store System product to a rep built them a Smart Agenda site.
  • (fix)The first product assigned to a brand new rep provisioned nothing at all, silently.
  • (fix)A rep with no name on file failed to provision, because the project name fell back to their email address and was rejected.
  • (fix)The Retry button on the Firebase instances screen did nothing.
  • (fix)A rep suspended for inactivity kept any second demo site running.
  • (fix)Release notes were versioned with a commit hash, so nobody could tell which release was newer.
  • (new)Add-ons are an editable list per product: name, description, monthly price, and the backend feature it switches on.
  • (new)A rep who sells more than one product now gets one demo site per product, and the customer link opens the right one.
  • (new)A new product can be created with its subscription tiers and prices in the same form.
  • (new)The site version is shown bottom left on every page.
  • (new)Publishing release notes pre-fills the version and refuses a commit hash.

A large number of small fixes and enhancements have been released in this version

  • (fix)The partner portal showed no referral link.** Referrals could be switched on and a partner would still see nothing. The partner portal is a separate screen from the member dashboard and never had a referral card on it at all, so there was nothing to display. Partners now get their own card with their link and their code, ready to copy.
  • (fix)Approving a partner application created no link code.** The approval email told the new partner they would see their code in the portal, but nothing ever created one. A code is now generated the moment an application is approved.
  • (fix)Influencer and campaign promo codes were always rejected as invalid.** Campaign codes were kept in their own list and never reached the validator behind the checkout promo box, and the campaign list was not even sent to the customer's browser. Both are fixed, so a campaign code now works when a customer types it in.
  • (fix)Campaign commissions never paid out.** The payout looked the partner up by a field the campaign form never filled in, so it silently found nobody and stopped. Fixed.
  • (fix)Mobile app activation code was rejected by the app.** After a customer cancelled the mobile add-on and later bought it again, the app answered "code not recognized".
  • (fix)Cancelling revokes the code with our directory, but the old code stayed on file and was treated as still issued, so a fresh one was never created. The customer kept being shown a code that had already been revoked. Cancelling and re buying now both clear it, so a new code is issued and registered.
  • (fix)Split payment wording did not match the behaviour.** The explanation in the admin and on the booking page has been rewritten.
  • (new)**Campaigns can now carry a customer discount.** It is set separately from the partner commission because those are two different numbers, and reusing one for the other would have given the buyer the partner's cut. Leave the discount at zero; the code still works and credits the partner. The customer simply pays the normal price.
  • (new)New No Show badge. For customers who confirmed a booking and did not turn up. It has its own threshold, holds their bookings for review rather than confirming them automatically, and can limit which payment methods they are allowed to use.
  • (new)The payment restriction moved from The Bailer to No Show.** Somebody who cancels at least tells you; somebody who does not turn up costs you the slot outright, so that is where the harder penalty belongs.
  • (new)No Show can clear itself.** Set how many visits the customer has to actually complete, counted from their most recent no show, and the badge comes off on its own. An admin can also remove it by hand from Members.
  • (new)Member portal badges reworked. The welcome heading is gone. Badges now sit under the member's name and email as icons. Hovering or tapping one names it and explains exactly what it does to the account, whether that is a discount or a restriction.
  • (new)Penalties are impossible to miss. A penalty badge turns the portal menu border red, and the bottom of the menu lists everything currently applied to the account, including how many visits are left before a penalty clears.
